The personal was really nice, kind and helpfull, I like the room distribution, and that the hotel have in the first floors a cinema, starbucks and other restaurant so it was very nice to have that options. The shuttle was nice!

The staff were lovely and accommodating and the view of the Zocalo from our room was fab. You can’t be more centrally located in MX. This is probably my favourite hotel of all time.
